Using your ORAWHITE™ gel

Five simple steps.

Always follow the instructions supplied with your kit and the advice of your dental professional.

Brush and floss

Clean your teeth before each whitening session.

Apply the gel

Place one drop of gel into the inner portion of each tooth compartment.

Insert the appliance

Insert the appliance fully over your teeth.

Clear excess gel

Wipe excess gel from your gums with a tissue and spit out any excess gel.

Wear and remove

Day: 30 minutes. Night: 6–8 hours. Remove the appliance, brush your teeth, rinse it with cool water, dry it completely, and store it in the case.

Important: Do not eat, smoke, or drink while wearing the appliance. If you experience significant irritation or sensitivity, discontinue treatment and contact your dental professional.

Use daily for 10–14 days, or as directed by your dental professional.

Use 1–2 treatments per month for ongoing maintenance.

When staining returns

Use daily for 1–2 days. Touch-ups are normally needed after 3–6 months.

For best results: Avoid coffee, tea, red wine, smoking, and staining foods or beverages for two hours after treatment.
