Who may request a sample?
Professional samples are intended for:
- Licensed dentists
- Dental practice owners and managers
- Dental hygienists requesting on behalf of their clinic
- Qualified Canadian dental practices
Samples are not available to patients, students or the general public.
Before calling
Please have the following information available:
- Clinic name and location
- Prescribing dentist’s name
- Provincial dental licence number
- Clinic website or public telephone number
- Intraoral scanner used by the practice
- Your interest in ORABITE™ and intended clinical use
Important information
- Sample availability is subject to verification and approval.
- Limits may apply by clinic, ownership group or location.
- Samples have no cash value and may not be resold.
- Patient scans, prescriptions and clinical records must not be submitted through ORABITE.com or email.
- Approved clinical cases are submitted securely through Seazona.
