Refund Policy

Custom ORABITE™ Cases

Each ORABITE™ appliance is custom manufactured for an individual patient. Once a case has entered digital design, manufacturing, or production, it is considered an active case and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

If an active case contains a confirmed manufacturing defect or does not match the submitted order specifications, ORABITE™ will review the case and may provide an adjustment, remake, or replacement, as appropriate. This does not create a right to a monetary refund.

Refill Purchases

Refill products are eligible for a refund or replacement only when ORABITE™ confirms that the product is defective.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Products ordered incorrectly
  • Products damaged through improper use, handling, or storage
  • Normal variations that do not affect product safety or performance
  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to a confirmed product defect
  • Shipping delays outside ORABITE™’s reasonable control

For health and safety reasons, refill products cannot be returned for resale.

Reporting a Defective Refill

If you believe a refill product is defective, discontinue use and contact ORABITE™ at info@orabite.com or 877-352-6667. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the suspected defect
  • Photographs showing the issue, when applicable
  • The product lot or batch number
  • Any other information reasonably required to assess the claim

Please retain the product and its original packaging until the review is complete. ORABITE™ may request that the product be returned and will provide return instructions when required.

Approved Refunds

If a refill product is confirmed to be defective, ORABITE™ will provide an appropriate replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping Damage or Incorrect Items

Damaged shipments and incorrectly supplied items must be reported promptly after delivery. ORABITE™ will review the claim and arrange a replacement or other appropriate remedy when the claim is verified.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
